HEAVEN ON EARTH

I know I'm bombarding everyone around me with superlatives these days. But everything just seems to be as fantastic as no words can describe. For instance, this private beach of ours is one of the most sensational ones I have seen in my life with the perfect, fine sand and the dramatic riffs by the waterfront. The water itself is like a perfectly heated greenish lagoon with all those powerful waves smashing over the cliffs. And I can't help it, but I feel so in love with the nature that I cannot imagine myself this relaxed and happy anywhere else again but naked on a private beach with the calming sound of waves in my head.

A PERFECT DINNER

Last night I finally had a good reason to wear my new wonderful silk dress in apricot from La Perla. We went for an exquisite five course dinner to the Bvlgari resort and their sophisticated Italian restaurant; Il Restorante. An excellent choice. Actually the best dining experience I had in months. That grilled quail breast and the amazing chocolate soufflé with raspberry sauce is still stuck on my mind, and not to mention that bottle of my favorite wine: Fanti Brunello di Montalcino, 2001. Food and wine orgasm was what that night brought me, that's for sure. And when speaking of design of the place, it was totally as good as you might expect from a name as Bvlgari with its elegant, dark interior and all of those small details, that I always judge a place on, perfectly put together. Absolute perfection. Go there if you are ever around in Bali.

POSTCARD FROM BALI

This is where I am reading, working, getting a perfectly golden tan, creating plans and schedules for the fall, analyzing my life, drinking my Martinis, philosophizing, eating fresh pineapples - guavas - watermelons and watching the sun going down the horizon. Can't really think of a better place for those tasks. Seriously. This place is magical. I mean out of this world. Absolutely perfect and so damn peaceful that I finally have the time and serenity to hear every thought in my own mind again.

After an amazing Chardonnay lunch at Mercat Santa Caterina, I went to get some lounge wear for the vacation. I ended up finding the most astonishing bikini with a very interesting cut, and some other beautiful beach clothes. Im so ready to leave now. Can it be Sunday already?

GOOD MORNING WORLD

One hour cardio, fresh home made juice of the sweetest spanish oranges, two boiled eggs and a nice piece of salmon. Back in good old routines. Time to get in shape for Bali. (or whatever is possible to change in five days..)

HOME AGAIN

Back home after two beautiful and interesting weeks of decadence around Northern Europe with people who means a lot to me. Time now to get some work done before the next stop in reality, and three weeks in a couple of beautiful parts of Asia in the end of August. Intense life but what to do. Life was made to be enjoyed, right?

SECRET ISLAND 2009

As a tradition, me and my beautiful friends spent the last weekend of July on a small island outside of Gothenburg. Our DJ friends brought the best of the best in electronic music and we danced on the shiny beaches for three days non stop. Minimal tech house will never sound better anywhere but on that island. I wish life always could feel that free. The music, wind, sun in your hair. Surrounded by nothing but water and nature and all that beautiful, free and unrestrained love around you.. Life is wonderful. ♥
